Who may borrow materials on interlibrary loan?
All students, faculty and staff of WebsterChristianSchool may request that library materials be borrowed through interlibrary loan.

How do I request an interlibrary loan?
School library users may come to the library circulation desk when the library is open to fill out an Interlibrary Loan Request Form. However, parents must sign an Interlibrary Loan Parental Permission Form (also available at the circulation desk) before a loan will be requested on behalf of a student.
How long does it take for borrowed materials to arrive?
The time varies but items usually arrive within a week.
How will I know when an item borrowed on interlibrary loan has arrived?
For students who have requested an interlibrary loan, a note will be placed in their homeroom teacher’s mailbox alerting the student that the item has arrived. Faculty and staff will be notified by phone or a note in their mailbox.
How long may I keep the borrowed material(s)?
The due date is set by the lending library. In general, the borrower may use the item for 2-3 weeks.
Is there a limit on how many items I may borrow through interlibrary loan?
No, there is no limit.
Is there a charge for interlibrary loan?
No, there is no fee charged for the interlibrary loan service. However, library users are responsible to pay fines for materials returned late or replacement. costs for any lost or damaged items
